Week 1 is in the books - Riding Mountain

Already a week on the road.  and we are almost half way across the country.  We boondocked at Round Lake, we didn't make it very far out of Regina, but we found a great spot right on the lake and enjoyed the sunset and a nice bbq.  Wednesday was a real treat as we explored Eastern Sask and Manitoba on our way to Riding Mountain National Park, it was a beautiful day, hitting 20 and we had great clouds to help showcase the churches, elevators, old schools and barns we found along the way.  Riding Mountain was showing its fall colours and we found the herd of Buffalo in the park which was fun to watch for a little while.  We saved the best for last after dark, as a big Auro

ra display lit up the night sky and most of the clouds cleared to show all the beauty of the dancing skies.
