Day 4-5-6 - Old Friends, Riders and Prairies

Day 4,5,6 were busy in Regina, We camped out at my cousin Thera's house for three nights and spent time visiting with her and her boyfriend Mike.  I managed to squeeze in some great old friends Rhea, Dana, Toby and Kelly on Sat night.  Then say hi to my old pal Chad and his wife Shannon for a very quick visit.  Then Thera took me to the Rider game, which was a lot of fun, great day for Football and the new stadium was amazing.  The football game itself needed some more action, but was a great experience.  Sharon and I spent Monday touring around the autumn prairie finding treasures and even managed to visit my Dad's old homestead where he grew up just outside Rouleau.  We than made a stop at Pat and Archie's (my cousins) for dinner who we spent a lot of time with their family growing up in Pilot Butte.  Wish we had more time to spend with old friends but time to start heading east, as we make our way across the country.  We will head to Winnipeg to visit some of Sharons old friends...We will most likely stop in Riding Mountain National Park or another cool spot if we can find some great photo ops along the way.
